This is a low risk fund, designed to generate capital growth through the acquisition and management of a high quality portfolio of UK long leased commercial property with "blue chip" tenants. Available in sterling US dollars & euros.Objective: The fund is designed to generate capital growth through the acquisition and management of a high quality portfolio of UK leased commercial property assets. All properties will have long leases (minimum 10 years unexpired) and be let to financially strong tenants on modern lease terms. The current strategy is to concentrate away from the South East and look for modern high specification buildings in the office, retail, retail warehouse and warehouse sectors. The aim is to produce steady, low volatile, performance and the targeted Annual Returns net of all on-going charges over a 5 year period are: Sterling fund 8-10% & Euro fund 7-9%.
