Guide to Lump Sum Investments

We work with a large variety of investment managers world-wide. These cover the full spectrum of investments from fixed interest deposit funds to high risk hedge funds. The criteria for selection is that they are all actively managed and are the leading investments in their sectors.

We recommend the following types of investments according to your risk level:

Fund of hedge funds
investing across a diversified range of hedge fund strategies according to the economic cycle, excluding managed futures. Averaging 6%- 9% pa with very low volatility. USD only
All Weather*
Fund of hedge funds
aims to produce absolute returns with low correlation to equites or bonds. Averaging 9% - 13% pa with moderate volatility. Available in USD & GBP
TR Mainstay *
Property fund
buying ground rents, student and key worker accommodation averaging 7%-8% pa
in sterling, but also available in USD & euro

Niche Property Fund
a low risk fund of ground rents arising from investments in residential property accross the UK as landlord to long leasehold property. Low correlation to property market and no correlation to equites and bonds Averaging 9% - 11% pa with low volatility and no losing months.

This is the world's most successful managed futures fund. Although a single manger fund, this fund trades exclusively using sophisticated proprietary computer programmes.
